As you are aware, the ISPS code (International Ship & Port Facility Security Code) is an annex to the International Convention for the Safety Of Life At Sea (SOLAS CONVENTION). It becomes mandatory for all SOLAS signatories on July 1, 2004.

Hereby we would like to announce that all self-owned vessels had been obtained an international ship security certificate (ISSC), and most of the certificates have been posted on Yang Ming website - www.yml.com.tw under "Security & Regulation" -> "Vessel ISM/ ISPS Certificate" effective from April 30, 2004.
